Billboards in Istanbul

Outdoor advertising in Istanbul is very present. Transport advertising and billboard advertisements are ubiquitous. Especially striking are the tram advertisements. Most trams are completely covered with advertising. The reason why trams are particularly popular is that the streets of Istanbul are full. The tram with its own lane passes all the traffic jams and is therefore very popular with the people, and therefore overcrowded. This also means that the advertising is always easy to see and makes an impression on drivers and passers-by.
