The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the case of unsolicited advertising information being sent, such as spam emails.
Data Collection on This Website
Cookies
Our website uses so-called “cookies.” Cookies are small data packages that do not harm your device. They are either temporarily stored for the duration of your session (session cookies) or stored permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted after your visit, while permanent cookies remain on your device until you delete them yourself or your web browser automatically removes them.
Cookies can be from us (first-party cookies) or third parties (third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable, for example, the integration of certain services from third parties, such as payment processing.
Cookies serve various purposes. Some cookies are technically necessary for certain features of the website to function properly (e.g., shopping cart functions or video playback). Other cookies are used to analyze user behavior or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are necessary for the conduct of communications, to provide desired features (e.g., shopping cart), or to optimize the website (e.g., for audience measurement) are stored based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing these cookies to provide their services technically correctly and efficiently. If consent for storing cookies or similar technologies has been obtained, the processing occurs solely on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDG). You can revoke this consent at any time.
You can configure your browser to be informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, generally exclude them, or have them automatically deleted when you close the browser. Please note that disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the website. The cookies and services used on this website can be found in this privacy policy.
Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager, a cookie-free domain that does not collect personal data. This tool allows “website tags” (i.e., keywords embedded in HTML elements) to be implemented and managed via an interface. With the use of Google Tag Manager, we can automatically track which button, link, or personalized image you have clicked and thus identify which content of our website is particularly interesting to you.
The tool also triggers other tags that may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If you have made deactivations at the domain or cookie level, they will remain for all tracking tags implemented through Google Tag Manager. This processing only occurs upon the explicit consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.
Google Analytics
On our websites, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter “Google”). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created, and cookies (see “Cookies” section) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as:
- Browser type/version,
- Used operating system,
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
- Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address),
- Time of the server request,
will be transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate website usage, compile reports on website activities, and provide additional services related to website and internet usage for market research and the needs-based design of these websites. This information may also be transferred to third parties if legally required or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. In no case will your IP address be merged with other data from Google. The IP addresses are anonymized, so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).
You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings; however, we would like to point out that in this case, certain features of this website may not be fully usable. This processing only occurs upon the explicit consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.
Additionally, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and its processing by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).
Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found in the Google Analytics Help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en).
Google Analytics Remarketing
We have integrated Google Remarketing services on this website. Google Remarketing is a feature of Google AdWords that allows a company to display ads to internet users who have previously visited the company’s website. The integration of Google Remarketing allows a company to create user-related ads and subsequently display interest-based ads to internet users.
The operating company of the Google Remarketing services is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The purpose of Google Remarketing is to display interest-relevant advertisements. Google Remarketing allows us to display ads through the Google Ad network or on other websites that are tailored to the individual needs and interests of internet users.
Google Remarketing sets a cookie on your IT system. With the placement of the cookie, Google can recognize the visitor of our website when they later visit websites that are also part of the Google Ad network. Each time a website with integrated Google Remarketing services is visited, your browser automatically identifies itself with Google. During this technical process, Google gains knowledge of personal data such as your IP address or browsing behavior, which Google uses to display interest-related ads.
Using the cookie, personal information, such as the websites you have visited, is stored. As a result, personal data, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the USA during each visit to our websites. This personal data is stored by Google in the USA. Google may share this personal data with third parties.
You can prevent the placement of cookies by adjusting your browser settings as described above and thus permanently object to the placement of cookies. This setting would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on your IT system. Furthermore, any cookies already set by Google Analytics can be deleted via the internet browser or other software programs.
You also have the option to opt-out of interest-based advertising by Google. To do this, you need to visit the link www.google.de/settings/ads from each used internet browser and make the desired settings.
This processing only occurs upon the explicit consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. Further information and the applicable data protection regulations of Google can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form, your information, including the provided contact details, will be stored by us. This is for processing your request and any follow-up questions. These data will only be shared with your explicit consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to a contract or requires pre-contractual steps. In all other cases, we rely on our legitimate interest in efficiently processing your request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if obtained. Any consent given can be revoked at any time.
The data entered in the contact form will remain stored until you request its deletion, revoke your consent, or the purpose for storing it ceases (e.g., after completing your request). Legal obligations, particularly retention periods, remain unaffected.
Requests via Email, Phone, or Fax
If you contact us via email, phone, or fax, your request and associated personal data (e.g., name, request) will be stored by us. This is for processing your request only. Your data will only be shared with your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if the request is related to a contract or pre-contractual steps. In all other cases, we rely on our legitimate interest in efficiently processing the request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if given. Consent can be revoked at any time.
Data from contact requests will be stored until you request its deletion, revoke your consent, or the purpose for storing it ceases (e.g., after processing your request). Legal requirements, particularly retention periods, remain unaffected.
Plugins and Tools
Google Ad Manager / Google Advertising Products (Google Ads)
These are services provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, with which advertisements are optimized and displayed on our website using cookies. These cookies are used to provide users with relevant ads, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times.
Google Ads uses a cookie ID that is required to carry out the technical process. This cookie ID is crucial for the specific purpose. It is used to track which ads are delivered in which browser. If an ad is to be displayed in a browser, Google Ads checks using the browser’s cookie ID which Google Ads ads have already been displayed in that browser. This prevents ads from being delivered that the user has already seen. Similarly, cookie IDs can track conversions in Google Ads related to ad interactions. For example, this occurs when a user sees a Google Ads ad and later visits the advertiser’s website in the same browser and makes a purchase. Google Ads cookies do not contain personal data. However, a Google Ads cookie may include additional campaign identifiers. A campaign identifier is used to identify the campaigns with which you have already interacted.
The data collected through the use of Google Ads is also used to generate commission billing. Google can track, among other things, that certain links on our website have been clicked. The information contained in the cookies is also collected as anonymized tags and used for audience management and the display of interest-based ads.
You have the option to delete Publisher Provided Identifiers (PPID), i.e., specific anonymous identifiers used for personalizing ads, here.
The storage of and access to information on the end user’s device is done in accordance with Section 25(1) TDDTG. The legal basis for further data processing is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can prevent the setting of cookies, as described above, at any time through the settings in the consent management tool or by adjusting the relevant settings in your browser, thereby permanently withdrawing your consent. You can disable personalized ads from Google at the following link: https://adssettings.google.com.
Google Ads with Conversion Tracking
We have integrated Google Ads on this website. Google Ads is an internet advertising service that allows advertisers to display ads in Google’s search engine results and across the Google advertising network. Google Ads allows advertisers to set specific keywords in advance, so that an ad is only shown in Google’s search results when the user retrieves a relevant search result for that keyword. In the Google advertising network, ads are distributed across topic-relevant websites by an automated algorithm that takes the previously set keywords into account.
The operator of Google Ads services is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The purpose of Google Ads is to promote our website by displaying relevant ads on third-party websites and in Google search engine results, as well as displaying third-party ads on our website.
If you reach our website via a Google ad, a so-called conversion cookie will be placed on your IT system by Google. A conversion cookie becomes invalid after thirty days and is not used for your identification. If the conversion cookie is still valid, it tracks whether specific subpages, such as the shopping cart of an online shop system, have been accessed on our website. Using the conversion cookie, both we and Google can track whether a user who arrived on our website via an AdWords ad made a purchase, i.e., whether a transaction was completed or abandoned.
The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie is used by Google to generate visit statistics for our website. We use these visit statistics to determine the total number of users who were referred to us via Ads ads, in order to assess the success or failure of specific Ads ads and to optimize our future Ads ads. Neither our company nor other Google Ads advertisers receive information from Google that would allow them to identify you.
Personal data, such as the websites you visit, is stored using the conversion cookie. As a result, personal data, including the IP address of your internet connection, is transferred to Google in the United States of America when you visit our websites. These personal data are stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may transfer this personal data to third parties as part of the technical process.
You can prevent the setting of cookies on our website at any time by adjusting the settings in your internet browser, thereby permanently objecting to the setting of cookies. Such a setting would also prevent Google from placing a conversion cookie on your IT system. Additionally, a cookie set by Google Ads can be deleted at any time through the internet browser or other software programs.
Furthermore, you have the option to object to interest-based advertising by Google. To do so, you need to open the link www.google.de/settings/ads in your internet browser and make the desired settings.
These processing activities are carried out only with your explicit consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
For more information and the applicable privacy policies of Google, you can refer to: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

We use CleverReach, an email marketing service provider, to carry out our email campaigns. The provider of CleverReach is CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede, Germany.
When using CleverReach, personal data such as your email address, name, and information about your interactions with our emails (e.g., open rates, clicks on links) are processed. YouTube with Enhanced Privacy
Our website embeds videos from YouTube, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. When you visit a page with embedded YouTube videos, a connection is established with YouTube’s servers. YouTube will then know which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube may directly associate your browsing behavior with your profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. In this mode, YouTube does not use cookies for personalization, and the ads are not personalized. Instead of cookies, YouTube stores so-called Local Storage elements, which may contain similar information and are used for recognition purposes.
Playing YouTube videos may trigger additional data processing activities over which we have no control.
We use YouTube in the interest of providing an engaging presentation of our offerings, and this constitutes a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If consent is required, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. For more information on YouTube and data protection, refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
The company is certified under the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework,” ensuring compliance with European data protection standards in data processing in the United States. More information can be found here.
Calendly Appointment Scheduling
When using certain subservices of our website, personal data, including contact information such as name and email address, is processed to display and select appointments. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the fulfillment of agreements or pre-contractual measures. The data is shared with the data processor Calendly, Inc. Data transmission to the United States is done in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR in conjunction with the adequacy decision C(2023) 4745 of the European Commission.
OpenStreetMap
We use OpenStreetMap (OSM) to display map material. This establishes a connection to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, and information such as your IP address and behavior on the website may be transferred to OSM. OSM may store cookies or use similar technologies for recognition.
The use is in the interest of providing an engaging presentation of our offerings and constitutes a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If consent is required, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” on our website to verify whether data entry is made by a human or an automated program. This process collects data such as IP address, duration of stay, and mouse movements, which are sent to Google.
The storage and analysis of this data are based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in protecting our website from misuse. If consent is requested, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. For more information, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Terms of Service.
Wordfence
We have integrated Wordfence on this website to protect it from unauthorized access or cyberattacks. Wordfence establishes a connection to its servers to check and, if necessary, block access attempts.
The use is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in protecting our website. If consent is requested, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Data transmission to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. For more details, please click here.
Activities in Social Networks
In order to communicate with you and inform you about our services in social networks, we have our own pages on these platforms. When you visit one of our social media pages, we are jointly responsible with the provider of the respective social media platform for the processing activities triggered, which concern personal data, in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR.
We are not the original provider of these pages but use them within the limits of the options provided by the respective providers.
Therefore, we would like to inform you in advance that your data may be processed outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area. The use of these platforms may involve privacy risks for you, as it may be more difficult to exercise your rights, such as access, deletion, objection, etc., and the processing in social networks often occurs directly for advertising purposes or to analyze user behavior by the providers, over which we have no influence. If usage profiles are created by the provider, cookies are often used, or the usage behavior is directly assigned to your profile on the social networks (if you are logged in).
The described processing of personal data is carried out according to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest and the legitimate interest of the respective provider, in order to communicate with you in a contemporary manner and inform you about our services. If you need to give consent to data processing as a user with the respective providers, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR.
Since we do not have access to the data records of the providers, we point out that you should assert your rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion, etc.) directly with the respective provider.
